another awesome dinner last night reuniting 3 rockaway friends of over 50 years. les koenig his better half and another couple, joel cohen his bff and her bestie and moi solo for the evening, wifey poo too exhausted. hundreds of names came up, most of which i remembered. on my way home from the restaurant was thinking what a special pace rockaway was, and more importantly was the friendships which have spanned well over 50 years have somehow remaine intact.
