apa kaitan antara dajjal dan terbentuknya kembali negara israel seperti yang kita saksikan saat ini? (elaborated from lectures of syeikh imran hosein) there was a prophet of bani israil, name prophet daniel, who delivered devine promise to the israelite people that Allah SWT would send them a prophet who would bring them the golden age once again, like the age of nabi sulaiman A.S and nabi daud A.S. He is known as the mesiah, who would rule the world with justice, confirmed by nabi muhammad SAW, he would be hakiimun adil, he would rule the world with justice from the throne of nabi daud AS. When that promise was communicated the israelites were out there in babilon and the holy land was occupied. the israelite people understood that if the messiah was to fulfill this promise,there were certain logical implication that followed: 1. he has to liberate the holy land 2. he has to bring back the holy land to reclaim it is their own 3. he has to restore the state of israel, founded by nabi sulaiman A.S and nabi daud A.S 4. israel has to be once again the ruling state in the world and then the mesiah could rule the world from the throne of nabi daud A.s. after almost a hundred years in babilon, things happened, the persian empire defeated babilon, and the israelite people were allowed to return to holy land to reclaimit is their own, and the temple or masjid of sulaiman A.S was rebuild. so the israelite people now excited, the mesiah must be around the corner, the golden age is coming back. soon enough the mesiah came. but when he came, the son of maryam, some of them accepted him, but the establishment, the rabbis, the priest rejected him. why did they rejected him? because Allah tested them, and because the were seeing only with one eye they failed the test. they said, wa naudzubillahi min hadza, they said that his mother has commited that enormous sin, they said that the baby was a bastard. if they had seen with internal eyes, the would have known that the appearance and reality were opposite to eachother with this baby. that she was still a virgin and give birth to this baby. and when they saw him die on the cross before their very eyes, ooo he could not have been the messiah, because he is dead and holy land is now under roman occupation. he is dead and never rule the world, the golden age never came back. so now it is confirmed that he could not be the messiah. what they did not know, and no one knew for 600 years, untill the quran came down, was that no, they did not kill him. no, they did not crucify him but rather appearance and reality were opposite to each other. Allah SWT raised him, and one day he will come back and rule the world. but they did not know that. so, untill now the israelites are still waiting for the messiah to come. nabi muhammad SAW had informed that Allah SWT has created a being, and Allah SWT give him a mission of impersonating a messiah, pretending that he is the messiah. and he is known as dajjal, al masihud-dajjal, dajjal the false messiah. dajjal means one who deceive. so, he is the master of deception. in everything connected with him, appearance and reality are opposite to each other. for dajjal to successfully impersonate the messiah, he also must attemp to rule the world from jerussalem with what would appear to be an eternal rule, only then can he declare that i am the messiah. to convince the jew that he is indeed the messiah, then he must do the logical implication explained above, to liberate holy land for the jew, to bring them back to holy land, to restore the state of israel and get them to believe that this is indeed the israel that once was founded by sulaiman A.S and daud A.S. finally, he has to make the israel the ruling state in the world. then, he can get up and say i am the messiah. and then his mission accomplished. then the true messiah will come back, nabi isa A.S, son of maryam. nabi isa A.S will kill dajjal the false messiah, and afterthat they will realize the truth that nabi isa A.S whom they rejected is indeed the true messiah, although it will be too late for them.
