@ approx 6 PM tonight headed east on the 91 we exited @ Central Ave. a utility truck was stopped a few feet on the on ramp. The car in front slammed brakes as so did we. The car behind us slammed into us and and then a car slammed into them which caused us to get slammed into again. Due to the construction on the off ramp there was no shoulder to move to so we proceeded to head up Central to the nearest turn. The vehicle that hit us did not stop and sped passed and so did the 3rd vehicle. CHP was called. The vehicle that hit us is a dark colored Dodge Caravan with damage to front and back of it. Please notify Officer Cervantes of CHP if you have any info regarding this hit and run.
