around Santa Rosa, California, the coolest might be 60 degrees fahrenheit and climbing from there... without a freeze during winter, insect populations will multiply out of control, more problems for health issues - people and crops. Some crops do much better if there is a freeze season, so some plants will grow weaker from lack of a freeze during winter, other crops will not be able to adapt: cabbage, broccoli, greens dont do well with heat. And everything will need more water... but without snow buildup in the mountains, water supplies could dwindle and deserts grow... glaciers will melt and millions could discover that the rivers dry up... this is already happening, hotter temperatures overall will melt them faster... like the Ganges of India... and forest fires from lack of water! Imagine the Sahara desert and Southwest deserts expanding and some areas becoming totally uninhabitable. Species of all kinds will not be able to adapt quickly. Some species are already growing up the mountains to try to stay in cooler climates, were already losing those that cannot adapt. Epic disaster.
