around this time last year i found out that i was diagnosed with severe depression. almost a year later after seeing councillors, doctors, physiologists, physiatrists, therapists, going to hospitals, speaking to close friends and family that i adore, i just want to thank you all so much for helping me turn my life back around for the good. i am more than proud to say i have been clean for almost a month long and thats better then ever before. after constantly harming myself, having constant suicidal thoughts on a daily basis to at least once every two weeks is such a big improvement. i honestly thought id never get better, i always thought id be the type of person that just constantly gets let down in life and would never get better but i can see a change in myself and thats the little thing that makes me happy. i am still not 100% better but i am getting there, it will take me a while but i have my faith in myself and i know ill do it. today i had my last therapy lesson with this beautiful girl Yvonne that helped me power through this rough time, she made me think good things about myself and always gave me a confidence boost. i have tears in my eyes from writing this but it is definitely tears of joy! i love every single person that has helped, you all know who you are. im so thankful for everything, even when things feel like to much, never ever give up because it does get better. believe me. ❤️
