arrivederci roma and ciao florence!!!!! left rome with lonely heart but got excited right away as for the first time i finally felt that tourist feeling of having to find and figure out where you have to go, where your train is, etc... was out of breath and sweating catching our train to florence!!! enjoyed immensely my very first train experience in europe. i so much enjoyed the scenery from the train window so the 4hr travel didnt feel like 4 hrs at all seriously... and i hate travelling!!! then we finally arrived in florence just after noon.... settled in our booked room and wandered out to have a short little walk to have a glimpse of the city center at night and i knew that i was going to love florence right away! we passed by lots of leather shops and walked in to some of them and the smell of leather was so addicting that i had to control myself from taking out my credit card again and start buying!! then we finally had our most awaited florentine steak and i can seriously say that it was the best steak i have ever had....like i am really gonna miss the steak when i am out of florence na... ): now at home... will have an early day tomorrow exploring florence...
