as I inform people about jury system, 50% peoples support it. rest 50% refused it or put long arguments against jury trial. why ? as I realised they cant digest such system, where commons give verdict. even I inform that US follow jury system, they fail to feel real scenario. solution : I recommend to watch holywood movie EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE to feel what does jury trial means. movie based on a real incedent and perfectly define jury trial. . as indian example I suggest to read short story पञ्च परमेश्वर written by munshi premchand. story prove that jury trial situated in british india, but replaced by panchayat raj after independent. story tells about two close friends A & B, where A had a civil claim on B. when all villagers come to panchayat, the moment come to choose PANCH as jury. PANCH choosen randomly by villagers for particular case. . In indian prospects, an intresting drama by zury, conducted in एक रुका हुआ फैसला in 1984. in short : a jury of 12 citizens club in a room to make decesion abt 19 years old accused, who has charged to his fathers murder. as per orders, they got merely 6 hours (11am-5 pm) to take their decision. ==== It should be learn, that laws rule contry, but its judiciary, which rule the laws. every law has a penal and prison provision. if anyone break the law, here court comes to send him behind the bars. if we dont have fast and non biased courts, laws will be useless. if any country bad laws abt judiciary, whole system and laws will be corrupt. In india we have 3 crores pending cases in courts. every case engage 2 individuals, some eye witness, IO. besides it every person have a family. means 3×10 = 30 carores citizens are hanging in indian courts. we have only 15000 judges, where china has 2 lacs. . solution : we must move to jury system to fix the mess. judge system provide a neta-police-judge nexus. due to judge system, our courts are slow and corrupt, it must be replaced by jury system by now. please note that SoMoKe (soniya-modi-kejriwal) are opposing to bring jury system in india. so we the people must take initiative to send orders to our MP. . please send this order to your MP via SMS.
