as i sit here next to matt, who is day by day getting stronger, healthier and has a full head of hair! i cant help but get excited as i read this from the one year bible. psalm 28:6-7 praise the Lord! for He has heard my cry for mercy. the Lord is my strength and shield. i trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. i burst out in songs of thanksgiving. i know He heard my cry for mercy. He was and is our strength and shield. i do trust Him (even with so many unknowns ahead, and ill be honest, this is a hard one). He does help. and YES, my heart is so very full of joy!! If you see me today, i may just burst out in a song of thanksgiving. #Heisgood
