as someone, that has been privileged enough to have gotten out of the Soviet Union , and even more privileged to have landed in America , from the roots of my being , i have unending gratitude that a country such as this exists. Let us all work hard to keep the unique ideals that perpetuated its birth , with us for the duration of its life , for as the ideals die so does the country and the multi-ethnic culture we call American. Happy Independence day .
