The blood moons do not mean the end of the world but they point to the last few years before the return and second coming of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. They point to the coming disasters, judgments and cleansing all over the world because of mans sinfulness. THE MOON TURNS TO BLOOD - THE 4 BLOOD MOONS (by Neville Johnson) What are blood moons? A blood moon occurs during a total lunar eclipse. Of course the moon does not turn into blood, but it does appear blood red. NASA refers to this phenomenon as Blood Moons. Both the prophet Joel and Jesus spoke of these blood moons which would occur before Jesus returns. The past three consecutive 4 blood moons were significant to Israel, timed significantly with the feasts of Passover and Tabernacles as follows: (1) 1493 when some of the most atrocious acts of torture were perpetrated on the Jews in Spain, eventually ending in the expulsion of Jews from Spain; (2) 1949-50 after Israel became a nation but afterwards were attacked by the Arab nations; then Great Harvest during the time of T.L. Osborn, Billy Graham. etc; and (3) 1967 when Israel had the 6 Day War against the Arab nations again and recovered Jerusalem and some lands; then the Charismatic Movement where many souls were saved. The next 4 blood moons will occur in 2014-2015 on the Feasts of Passover and Tabernacles again: Passover April 15th, 2014 Tabernacles October 8th, 2014 Passover April 4th, 2015 Tabernacles September 28th, 2015 ANOTHER WAR IS LOOMING IN THE MIDDLE EAST WHICH I BELIEVE WILL OCCUR DURING THIS FOUR BLOOD MOON SEASON. This war will change the face of the Middle East and bring about great changes among the nations of the world. Those in the church who are hearing what God is saying and are preparing for the coming great harvest, will arise in power and authority to preach the gospel of the Kingdom to the entire world.
