Romanov was pictured sunbathing on a beach - a month after claims he had been hospitalised with a stroke. Romanov said he was receiving treatment in a Moscow hospital but he has created outrage after pictures were published of him swimming in the sea. Lithuanian government prosecutor Simon Minkevivius said: "We have seen the pictures of him."
