awesome Sunday. prowler pushes w Lance Dean Velasquez - 90 minute massage courtesy of my friend Jessica Sandow - shopping w my buddy Cydney Ortzow - buying new jeans (a size smaller!) - food prep for the week (cauliflower/parsnip puree w butter; crockpot chicken breast&thigh, carrots, sweet potato, mushrooms, kale, mixed herbs; baked spaghetti squash with butter and cinnamon; pork loin cooked in coconut oil; grass fed london broil jerky; baked kale chips; pork/bison burgers) - now to walk the poochie and get organized for work/gym/life tomorrow. All while enjoying this warm, sunny, breezy, blue-sky day in Oakland. LIFE is GOOD.
