back on the grid...another 1ne to share... Forever Changed Once calm, now startled by every little sound. The shots of the rifles fired that away. Forever changed. Once patient. Now quick to anger and rage. The explosions of the grenades disintegrated that. Forever changed. Once had a love for kids. Now unable to deal with people at all. The blood that poured from the wounds scarred that. Forever changed. Once very active. Now scared to leave the house. Snipers shot that away. Forever changed. Once comfortable in crowds. Now every angle is scanned frantically. The riots trampled that. Forever changed. Once slept peacefully. Now with a pistol by my side with every nightmare. The midnight attacks shadowed that. Forever changed. Once a civilian. Now a Soldier. The uniform covered that. Not knowing Id be forever changed. Now the rifles, the grenades, the wounded souls, the snipers, the riots, the attacks, and the uniform, has forever changed a Soldier.
