banana gluten free scones These are great for a breakfast scone treat with jam and Manuka honey. 2 1/4 cups oat barley flour 1/4 cup ground hemp seeds 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup arrowroot 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp cardamon 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3 mashed organic bananas 3/4 cup organic maple syrup Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In smaller bowl, mash bananas, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, pour wet mixture in and mix by hand. Lightly press together to form 2-inch pieces. Drop onto lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until light brown. Shape them like cookie dough was dropped on the pan #inlandempirebootcamp #changethewave
