batman begins is on now....thomas and martha just died and i felt choked up but then lex asked me what happened and i explained it, but i couldnt stop myself from crying. telling my little boy about how another little boy lost his parents, and how hes alone and sad, broke my heart. by the time alfred was holding him and telling him it wasnt his fault, i had tears running down my cheeks. damn fine movie that can make you feel like that in the first fifteen minutes. some people would say i shouldnt show a two year old something like this, but i dont see it that way. he needs to learn that its all a part of life. that its ok to be sad but that life keeps going. you gotta do good with what you have in spite of the bad. thats what i always got from batman, and i think its an important lesson.
