All-male line-ups dont happen because the people who ask people on all sit around a table smoking cigars laughing about how women dont have a place on comedy shows, they happen because the majority of comedians are men. Dont get me wrong there are a hell of a lot of women comedians Id love to see more of on QI, theres been a few one shots who have been on once and not since that ended up being very good, but the likes of Bill Bailey, Phil Jupitus and David Mitchell are the staple panel show comedians, whereas many women comedians are less so. Be interesting to see who they got on though.
