bbc.co.uk/news/technology-24608499 Facebook is allowing videos showing people being decapitated to be posted and shared on its site once again. The social network had introduced a temporary ban in May following complaints that the clips could cause long-term psychological damage. The US firm confirmed it now believed its users should be free to watch and condemn such videos. It added it was, however, considering adding warnings. Really? So wrong. How can there be any justification for this? Facebook is available for 13 & up. Theyve very recently changed the privacy setting options for under 18s so they can view everything that any other account can now. Of course parents should monitor their kids online use, but its not always practical. This is disgraceful.
