beamsbibles Talk With GOD! ‘I Will Walk Within My House With A Perfect Heart’ 27th Day Psalm 101:2, ‘I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I Will Walk Within My House With A Perfect Heart.’ Today we read Psalm 101 through 103! I did not read very far before this verse reminded me of the constant battle of the Christian. It is one thing to live for GOD in Public and it is another to live for HIM in Private! In the Eyes of GOD, there is no difference between our Public Life and our Private Life! We have ‘been down this road before’, if we surrender to live our lives pleasing GOD, then the same determination to please HIM, if not more so, will exist in Private as it does in Public! Some thoughts to consider… ‘Do You Treat Your Family as Courteously as You Do Your Boss?’ In the ‘work world’ of bosses and supervisors, most of us have had to deal with difficult people. Yet, because of concern in keeping our ‘job’ we held our tongue and did not say what we were thinking. Then many of these same people go home and ‘take it out on the family’. I believe my family deserved my very best behavior, it’s not their fault I had difficult bosses! ‘Do You Treat Your Neighbors as Courteously as You Do Your Clients?’ For those that do not have clients, this may not make sense at first. But, in my business career our clients/customers were the reason we existed. We hear the phrase a lot today, ‘If Momma is not happy, no one is going to be happy!’ Well, there is no truer statement than with the client or customer. If the business does not make them happy they will lose them. So, how do you treat your neighbors? Do they see you as Godly Christians? ‘Do You Guard Your Private Testimony as Closely as You Do Your Public Testimony?’ When we are alone with our thoughts, we are more vulnerable to the attacks of Satan than at any time during the day. Do you guard your thought life? Do you Pray more fervently in Private than you do in Public? This is what the Palmist is telling us! He says, ‘I Will Walk Within My House With A Perfect Heart.’ He is saying, I will live my Private Life as I live my Public Life serving GOD!
