beautiful day with Jess my youngest and richard her lovely boyfriend. they are so relaxed together. brings up stuff for me about my own marriage which was on the whole extremely dysfunctional. And we went to the pub and wandered around the River tyne in Newcastle where I live. Then Jess and Richard cooked this amazing dinner with chicken, roast tats, sprouts and bacon, kale, roast parsnips, and onion and garlic with thick yummy gravy. So nice to be with these guys. and then i couldnt find Lettie. she seems to have done a runner but how she got out God only knows! soon to bed. exhausted but fired and wired……….ing slowly off the steroids thanks.
