because i feel a little bit bored, its just came on my mind to encourage everyone who works at Safety(HSE), Construction and Quality Control to made some comments regarding to this question that suddenly came out from my mind.. because in every project i worked,We recognize more on Safety Achievements..millions of manhours without LTI and less injuries..and also the Construction team with good progress and ahead with the schedule...BUT do they(company) recognize the work of Quality Inspectors? do they recognize the QC when the work is finish with good quality? But when there is a problem in the construction they are looking after the QC especially if its already inspected and accepted.. The first thing the Managers will ask is, Did you check? Why its like that and many more questions to ask..and later on the fault was blamed to QC for not checking properly..but if its ok and have a good and better outcome,they already forgot the QC..
