Im sorry, is it really that much of a deal when employees have a starting pay of 80-90% ABOVE MINIMUM WAGE? Im sorry, but that is more then enough at full time hours to provide yourself with your own birth control. To be honest, I think its bullcrap to have a company forced to provide things search as birth control, or medically unnecessary medications. If you have a legitimate health reason that needs birth control, I think you should have to fill out a form to be approved by insurance stating why it is medically necessary just as you would with cosmetic surgeries that are typically not necessary. Sadly, a lot of liberals dont seem to think they should have to pay their own crap. They want to believe they should have a lot of things just handed over to them. Sorry not sorry, it doesnt work that way. If you want to get onto Hobby Lobby for not supporting the act of providing birth control to their employees, maybe you should start harping on places like almart and home depot that work their employees for a short time as a temp only to cycle through temps and still not provide any sort of benefits during that time while still paying Minimum wage or just barely higher for their starting jobs. Sorry, but I support Hobby Lobby on this. It isnt all forms of birth control that are not being supported. Its just Ella and Plan B. Get off your high horses and stop assuming that it is all forms of birth control.
