been thinking about agreeing to this:I understand that The Hill Ultra is a potentially hazardous winter event that is a combination of marked paths and trails which may be difficult underfoot at times, as well as some ‘near to’ road running which requires traffic awareness. I understand that there is no medical cover during this race and serious medical emergencies should be dealt with by dialing 999. I understand that it is my responsibility to stay visible at night, follow the country code and be prepared to run with the compulsory kit as listed in the rules, with minimal support for up to 48 hours and not deviate from the route. By signing this wavier I accept that COCKBAIN EVENTS LTD are not held responsible in any way for my welfare or personal possessions throughout the event. I also agree that it is my responsibility to arrange my own transport to and from the event and in the case of retiring and I will not attempt to drive without sleeping first. Nothing of value should be left in your drop-bag. I understand this is a low key event with limited facilities and I will come equipped with adequate winter clothing. Entry to this race is at the discretion of the race director Mark Cockbain. Failure to comply with the rules could result in disqualification and the race director’s decision is final. No refunds after 21/10/13 Eish!!!!
