before i go to bed i want to say to all the friends at PERFORMANCE ELASTOMERS i wish i could have stuck around but the circumstances were what they were and so i just want to tell you all that i really enjoyed working with you all . The way our system works . a man who is disabled on social security is allowed to work light duty part time job and maintain the benefits. but,,,,, i only got to work 12 hours a week and i loved it cause i was capable of that ,,, but they took my medical benefits away for making that minimal amount of money , so i was forced to resign..I cannot live withought medical benefits , i am facing several more hip surgeries and possibly a few back surgeries i also have severe kidney stones that need removed surgically those operations along with the doctor appointments that i have cost way more than what i make in a year so my hand was forced i wish i could have said goodbye to all of my co workers and friends i will really miss you all!! JOE BAUM LOVES YOU!!!the ones who read this please tell the ones who arent on my facebook that i really and truly loved the job and how all of you treated me the short time i was there JOE BAUM
