bengali has made it: you can now get t-shirts with random, nonsense bengali script strung together in pretend words which will be sold to you for its exotic aesthetic. but i dont get why you would sell them in bengal, replete with texts in the public domain from one of the proudest literary traditions in south asia, in a place bengalis shop, where people can actually tell that your t-shirt is garbled gibberish.
