best comment Ive heard in awhile: theres two danger zones when dealing with toxic people, too much and too little. Too little is dangerous because their negativity, pessimism, half-empty attitude isnt strong enough to prompt you to avoid them but can wear you down like droplets of water can wear down a mountain over time. Too much can send you into shock and sustain an abusive or exciting dynamic hard to remove yourself from.
