bueno amigos para los que tienen problemas de conexion en el ps4 y les da el error NW-31194-8 esta es la solucion, a mi me acaban de dar estas indicaciones por chat de sony y ya me logre loguear. Por si a alguien les sirve estos son los pasos: PARA CONEXION VIA WIFI Go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection > Use Wi-Fi > Custom > Select the name of your router > Type in the router’s password > IP Address Settings: Automatic > DHCP: Do Not Use > DNS Settings: Manual Now enter on Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 and the Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4 > MTU Settings: Manual>1473 > Proxy Server: Do Not Use > Test Internet Connection. PARA CONEXION CON CABLE: Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection > Use a LAN Cable > Custom > IP Address Settings: Automatic > DHCP: Do Not Use > DNS Settings: Manual, Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 and the Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4 > MTU Settings: Manual>1473> Proxy Server: Do Not Use > Test Internet Connection.
