bumped.org/psublog/ Some Japanese players are themselves getting Error 107 when trying to launch the game (more common with those using One Time Passwoord (OTP), and 650 Error, and random connections or getting no connection or random disconnects with the game servers. Many that got a confirm account pop up are NOT recieving a confirmation code e-mails (seems im not the only one). Servers at this time are having instability issues and errors, and are still and are not stable at this tim. THERE IS **NO** IP BAN . Hopefully they will remedy this soon.
