by Joseph Shoko aka # TB JOSE Dynamos protest the selection of top goal scorers, threaten to boycott matches and write to FIFA In a move that has never been heard of in our local league and likely to put the league in disarray,Harare giants Dynamos have written to Psl expressing their dissatisfaction with the manner in which week 13 top goal scorers were selected. We are not happy with the system and criteria used to choose the top goal scorer for week 13. We have very experienced strikers such as Simba Sithole and Pakamisa and we feel that they should also be recognized. A Dynamos official queried how Pfumbidzai a 20 year old defender has twice the number of goals as their strikers combined and he even said they are planning to write to FIFA as they allege its all to do with Twine Phiri the psl chairman. Last month we failed to have Mutuma registered on time after Twine sat on the papers and we cannot have another episode like this as TP is trying to frustrate our efforts in claiming a record fourth title in a row . Players like Musharu and Chungwa are not very experienced but you see them being selected,its very unfair said a Dembare official. The Psl secretary has confirmed having received the letter from Dynamos but said they will look into the issue during their end of month meeting to be held this afternoon.
