Law enforcement officials say the child is believed to be in grave or immediate danger. The Department of Homeland Security Investigations says Edu Alejandro Cruz-Rodriguez, 2, is three feet tall, weighs 23 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a multi-colored shirt. Police are looking for a 45-year-old Hispanic man named Chuy a 45-year-old Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes. They say he is a suspect and is believed to be driving a white Dodge Durango. He was last heard from in Eagle Pass.
