came home from visitation yesterday, and my neck and back were extremely stiff and sore. I could not get comfortable at all. Did finally get some sleep, but woke up in the same condition. With the headache from hell! I threw on some sweats, and prayed that Kacey was in his office. He was! He worked on my back and neck, and it was so painful I wanted to scream! He finally got me back in alignment. I still hurt all over. Even my hair hurts. But, tomorrow will be better. Now if I could kick this sinus infection..e on antibiotics, WORK!
