can anyone recommend a tilt and space stroller large enough for a 5 foot tall child, who is going to grow too (now 13), that also has a really good high pommel because he submarines out of everything, is safe enough to use for transport in wheelchair van (my own), and has enough support? we have been told by our sons ortho to replace this ridiculous Iris chair because it is causing back problems. we have one more shot at this and its our third chair/seating system, none of which have been done correctly. thanks for any advice.
