can someone... anyone... tell me why someone who isnt A. an Eastern European B. a squatter with a PR of at least double their body weight, and C. hasnt been training for a majority of their life, doing a Smolov squat program? Look, I get it... its fancy, and catchy, and it sucks, so it must work! but really.... I dont see the point when there are so many other things you could do to bring your squat from shit to suck
