cardio and abs done, and so far I have been good with my meals during the workshop. I have been having lost of vegetables and fruits as starters for breakfast, and then a toast and chees or eggs with coffee. At lunch, fresh vegetables for starters and then chicken or fish as my main. Desserts have been divine, and that is the only time where I play truant with my diet. Coffee breaks, it has always been water for me. As for dinner? Believe it or not, its fruits, fruits and more fruits! And believe me when I say this, to do this in Istanbul, its nuts because the food is so good!
