comtv.ca POLICE REPORT for: Impaired Motor Vehicle Collision On December 1, 2013 at 0157 hours police responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 2600 block of 15 Ave SE. A 1997 Chev pickup was northbound in 15 Ave SE when it collided with a parked 2009 Chev pickup. Pedestrians on the sidewalk nearby witnessed the collision and when police arrived the driver of the pick-up was arrested for Impaired Driving and Dangerous Driving. Total estimated damage is $20,000. No injuries resulted. An 18 year old Maple Creek man is facing charges of impaired driving, exceeding .08 and dangerous driving. He will be in court on January 22, 2014 to answer to the charges.
