congrats to all drs... Dear friends, Here is our long awaited dream marching towards reality,though it has still to travel some more steps and fight for removal of some probable obstacles. Posting official copies of bill gazate and enactment notification of govt.of Maharashtra. I am of the opinion that this is a success of whole Homoeopathic fraternity of Maharashtra & every 1 either as a individual or as a orgenisation has its roll in it. But I am most relaxed person today as i have successfuly complited both my responsbilities.1st is to keep promises given to voters at the time of last elections of MCH & CCH as a convenor of MAHRASHTRA HOMOEOPATHIC DOCTORS FORUM. to bring solution of our problem at state level & no need to refer this either to CCH or to MCI. & another responsibility given by Hon.DCM Ajitdada Pawar & then ministerof MED Hon.Dr.Gavit saheb, when both of them accepted MCH invitation of Hahnemann jeevan gourav puraskar sohala held on 25/4/2012 and asured to solve problem & then when Hon.Dr.Gavit declered 1st time to bring 4 interpathy courses in that function,had asked me to persue proposal effectively and simultaniously take care for removal of obstacels arising at every step till proposal get aproved by assembly. By the time of our agitation on 10 th july 2012 against FDA action, draft for four interpathy courses was made ready by comittee headed by Dr.Kohli & myself,principal TAMV pune, & prof.@ inamdar unani college pune being member.ultimatly after 10 july agitation a broad base commitee was formed which alogwith said draft of earliar comittee finalised course of action and submited report to govt on 20 Aug 2014. Ofcourse several changes had to made dg course of 21 months such as bringing only 1 course for Homoeopaths and deleting idea of other 3 courses,deleting idea of drawing notification under MMP act 1961. During whole course of action had to face strong oppose from L&JD dept.,some beurocrats from m.ed.dept.; C.M.secretoriate & some sections of ministry. But strong political will of Hon.Ajitdada Pawar who initiated proposal through Hon.Dr.Gavit,had alongwith some other ministers persued to Hon. C.M. & cabinate to use previliges of cabinate & constitutional rights of state Govt. to get it aproved & well co-opereted by All oposition too. As said earliar Though it is combine efforts of all of us & pollitical will of everyone in state govt. I am personaly greatful to Hon. Sharadchandraji pawarsaheb, Hon.C.M.Pruthwiraj patil, Hon.DCM Ajitdada Pawar, Hon. Jitendraji Awhad,Hon.Dr.Vijaykumar Gavit, Hon.Harshawardhanji Patil, Hon.Jaydattaji kshirsagar, Hon.D.P.Savant, Hon.M L.As Ravi Rana & Kalyan Kale from politcal side,Hon.Pruthwiraj patil from college side, & Dr.Rajanitai Indulkar, Dr.Arun Bhasme, Dr.Rajesh Ranjnikar, Dr. Paresh Nawalkar,Dr.Shivdas Bhosle, Dr.Gunwant Dahane, Dr.Mahesh Wayal Dr.Manish patil & all MCH members in my tenuare alongwith officebearers of all ascociatons including HIMPAM,HIMA Nanded NIHA,HDANSS,MRHDKS,Federation of colleges &all ascociations working at taluka & district level. similiarly Thanks to Hon.Chahal saheb, Hon.Mhaiskar madam,Hon.Achalia saheb Hon. Savdesaheb, Hon.Gajanan patilsaheb & all officials from M.ed.,all my staff of MCH specially mr.Bhuyar. Dear freinds bfore. take your leave I want to clearify few facts about me.i never tried for my appointment as a adminstrator of MCH and actualy had already started to take steps for conducting elections before my tenure as a president ends i.e. B4 feb.2013 but it didnt happen due to delay in appointment of returning officer from govt. then hon.minister m.ed. Dr.Gavit took decesion to appoint me as a adminstrator till elections & asked to continue to work for success of this interpathy dreamproject. After i took over as a adminstrator,R.O. Had prepered time table to conduct elections but then govt. Decided to conduct all council elections online & asked to submit proposal for ammendments in election rules which we prepered and submitted. Now also decesion to conduct elections is taken as per govt.guidelines. I dnt have any interst to be in MCH after election either as elected or nominated member. I now wish to keep away myself from all activities & concentrate on my practic e n Family. Hope all colligues working at university level will take care of smooth running of pharmac course. And all orgenisations unitedly will fight legal battle if arise. ONLY IF CCH President continue to b adumont & if continue to take opposite stand about pharmac course , i definately will wish to Contest CCH election with your support, just to show Hon.Ramjisingh & his supporters their real place by going there and work to force CCH for inclusion of pharmac in BHMS sylabus. Otherwise i will be out of Homoeopathic movement frame frm the day of new elected body take over @ MCH. Thnx to all of you for love,affection,faith & respect shown by you for last 25 years.
