contrary to popular belief,uncle kev has been a pretty miserable soul for a few yrs.but through way of some pretty good therapy work n the right meds,i believe ive merged out of the darkness n into the right frame of mind,finally,mentally stronger than ive ever been.ive never been shy about my depression,it is what it is,and made me who i am today.my therapist said i should keep a journal of my positive thinking.and as a person who trys to push boundaries,ill use fb as my journal.not craving attention,but as a tool to maybe help some other soul lost in self worthlessness.i usually find myself laying awake thinking of reasons why the world turned its back on me,but as of late,im realizing that it was me that turned my back on the world.im able to at least look in the mirror now and find at least one good thing to say about myself doesnt sound hard,i know. but i came from feeling that i didnt deserve to even be said hello to.ill keep a follow up on my progress in the mnths ahead.if this is too corny for you,hey thats your opinion. if this helps you out,take my hand,and well walk this road to recovery together.
