cool thing about car camping is that you can cook really good food, like morels sauteed in shallots, jameson, and wine, throw in some fire roasted peppers, asparagus, zucchini, then toss it all with orzo and navy beans. (yeah, Thug Kitchen would sell that better). weird thing about car camping is watching the lady from the next campsite over drive to the bathroom 5 times, leave at dusk and arrive in the morning. not to mention their campsite looking like a tiny city with a perimeter of tiki-torches and LED lights going all night. hello, summer!
