council paid this law firm out of our trust money, again not following policy according to the 2002 piikani settlement and trust agreement, breaking the rules and commercial law, even these lawyers from this law firm are guilty of breaching trust laws. the settlement money was never intended to pay lawyers, it clearly states that in the agreement. the only way it would be ok is if we voted in a referendum to allow our trust monies to be used for this purpose.
