crispy skin salmon, stirfry veg with lemon ginger garlic & orange rice and salad cooked and eaten with a light Ned pinot gris followed by cuppa tea & honey. Quick chat with Aussie mate, trying to chillaxe with a friggin channel flicker before heading off for another 11am to 7am shift in a 11 resident home with like minded groovers!
