dammit to all hell, why does my family wait for me to get back to do dumb shit. in new mexico for 20 days, thats more than enough time for them to do dumb shit. my grandfather holds grudges and is a racist down to the core, bitter old man. 25+ years ago he got passed up for promotion to captain, it went to another guy who got it because he came up with some bullshit about my grandfather, this dude is also black, so he was never ok with my grandfather. now these 2 are neighbors. this dude just got back from vacation and saw my grandfather outside and waved at him, walked over to welcome him to the area. the old man can barely remember my name, but he can remember a grudge from almost 30 years ago along with every racial slur in the book. the cops were called, nothing is going to happen to the old man unless it happens again. gonna have to baby sit him until im in the will, then i could careless what he does, if he wants to go out an play klan member, so be it, just as long as he doesnt drive his f250 to clan meetings, when he dies and i hopefully get that truck, i dont want to be in a truck that was spotted at klan meetings. how come i cant have a normal family, hell, even a family that is just half bi-polar, instead the ones out here are old, retired, angry and ready to fight. thats not retirement. retirement is drinking beer as you sail around and pass out on the deck until the bay constable wakes you up and tells you to leave. retirement is saying,to hell with it, im old, im doing what i want. then, every thrusday, go to the mall, get naked and swim in the fountain. security isnt gonna call the cops, just pretend you have Alzheimers, theyll take you home, then repeat it every thursday. retirement shouldnt be yelling at your neighbors for something that happened almost 30 years ago, its yelling at your neighbors because being an asshole is like taking vitamins, the good die young and pricks live forever.
