dang PLDT!! Ok, missed my November payment so when December billing came, immediately paid by Dec 2 the full amount. The bill has a deadline of Dec. 16. Their system sent a sms message saying they received the payment by Dec 3. By afternoon of dec 3, was surprised that my dsl line was restricted. Called up their 171 hotline and was told by their repair hotline they will transfer me to their billing hotline. Billing told me my account is now updated and they will lift restriction within 24-48 hrs. Complained why my account was restricted when I paid way before the deadline. They couldnt answer my question. Passed it up and was being patient so decided to wait it out. 48 hrs passed by and still no internet. I called their hotline again, and said they will file a job order to lift restriction. Sunday afternoon, our house help received a call from pldt that they could not lift restriction, coz apparently I have not paid my bills. What??!? #@!!??!! Called up their hotline again and was told that no order of lifting of restriction was filed on system. I should wait daw tomorrow morning to call billing dept again. Pinaiikot ako na parang bola. Sorry I dont usually complain online.... but PLDT sucks.
