darcydiva Its Monday Already, So Happy Monday Everyone!!!! How was your weekend? Did you do anything fun or life changing? We had a really busy weekend here, so Im glad to get back to work!!!! LOL Dont forget to smile today, it changes your face value and might even brighten someone elses day!!! First of all I want to say Thank You So Much For Your Sacrifices to our Veterans!!! Our Veterans have more than earned our love and respect...so make it a point to appreciate a Vet today and every day!! These hard working, sacrificing men and women give up their families, lives and well being to keep America safe! The least we can do is appreciate them and give them the respect they have rightly earned and deserve!!!! So, my challenge to you today is to seek out these Veterans and verbally tell them Thank You & We Appreciate You! I would challenge you to go one step further and buy them lunch, or give them a gift certificate to take their family out to lunch or dinner. If you have a neighbor that is a vet, take them a home cooked meal, write a note to them, just do something nice for these True Blue Americans, because they have given you Freedom & Safety with their time, sacrifice, limbs and many of them have given their lives...thats huge, so dont ever take it for granted!!! The price tag for freedom is costly!!!! Ohhhhh how I love my crockpots!!! I bet you didnt even think about cooking your turkey in a crockpot, did you? Well, here is the ultimate recipe for slow cooking turkey. Simple, which is the only way I like to cook and it tastes great, so it meets my 2 top priorities!!! LOL Give this one a shot and let me know the outcome!!! Ok, Its Time To Have Some Fun In The Kitchen, But Make It Quick, Because Youve Got Some Life To Live!!!!
