day 10, 11 & 12: wide leg forward bend, half moon pose and wheel pose(I know these as Bridges). missed the last couple of days due to catching up on sleep over the weekend. felt restless and got moving to get myself moving today. I see lots of progress in my bridge. :) i was pleasantly surprised to not feel any discomfort in my lower back, a side effect of learning to contract my abs while in the stretch to engage the tail tuck. the last photo is a picture of my bridge before i started doing Gymnastic Strength Training. nice! #Yogamenofcolor #ST #GST #gymnasticbodies #poweredbypassion #poweredbynutrilite
