day 17 out of the 30 day Paleo challenge: first off, I lied :), i gave my weight loss using the generic scale i have at home. however today i am at Kiski Prep, and we have the professional scale (*which i used for my initial weigh in).... I LOST 13 lbs in two weeks. I still will not know if the Paleo will work with my genetic make up or not that is why i am committed to the 3o days. and i am 100 percent strict, thanks to my Facebook family, I know if i would not post this every evening...... i know i would have given in at times. ... Thank you Thank you Thank you. i dont think i have a photo today. this is my 13 hour day....... and Bill just brought me a grilled chicken salad, with no dressing, croutons, or french fries..... how much fun is that :)
