day 45: cousin Rob. awesome day today. I let Jaime sleep in a little while I got the kids off to school. we made a dunkins run, then I made breakfast for us all. it was pretty delicious if I do say so myself. then we gameplanned the day, and off we went. after running some errands, we stopped and got some cigars and then off to the Tap House we went. always a good time there. J was pretty tired and sore today from all the work at PT yesterday. the morning was a little slower but by the time lunch got here she was feeling better, and only had soreness. we were able to go to Nicos game today and then back to the house to hang out. weve had lots of laughs today and Im grateful he came down for a few days. the company was great and not to mention hes pretty handy around the house too! now its about time to wind down with some pizza and light those cigars. I thought Id leave you with another video from yesterday. the trainer is showing how he can lock the machine overhead. and the therapy is J working her legs and core trying to stand from a seated position without rails to help. and then back down. its a pretty hard workout as you can see if takes some effort to get up without one fully working. but she did it. over and over and over again. thats my girl. :) thank you for taking the time. #CarnucciStrong
