dear Kroger - playing Christmas music in your store on November 9th makes me want to drive down the hill to check out Remke the next time I need milk. I love holiday music - I have an embarrassingly large CD collection - so large that I often dont even listen to all of it between Thanksgiving and New Years, but I wait until then. I only have a short grocery list right now, but it will soon require a trip - and I will be going to Remke. Its further from home, I didnt like that store when it was Biggs - Ive been a VERY loyal Kroger customer for years, even an enthusiastic supporter, often telling others how much I like your store brands and your loyalty card program. But November 9th is too soon. When I said so to the lovely young woman at the service desk, she furtively looked around before vehemently agreeing with me. Seriously - its too soon. And it drove me away for at least a month.
