dear friends..u can guide me..help me.i am aged 43 years, weight 50 kgs, and height 162 cms. i am hypothyroid.diagnoised 4 years ago.initially my tsh was 150.my last month blood test shows it was 19.45. I am regularlly taking synthatic thyroxine .previously it was 200 mcg..then gradually i decreased the dose to 3 to 4 mcg for last 5 days.and now i feel better..better energy level..reduced fatige..and more possitive effects. I am strugglling since last 4 years to set right dose..if i take regular dose of my medicine(it was 100 mcg to 12.5 mcg at different time period following my experience).i am suffering from worse symptoms all the time.sometime i feel toxic effect of thyroxine.and if i stop to take the medicine, it sluggish my body..increase of hypo symptoms.i am struggling for my dose everyday..but this 3 to 4 mcg thyroxine dose makes all the possitive effects on my body..and i hope i can get most of hypothyroid..now one question in my mind, if i require negligible dose, than i am hypothyroid..or not hypothyroid..? i will like to tell my adreanal function is normal....i will eagerly wait for your reply..your guidance...thanks.....
