desperately looking for a scientific paper,went to UPM library for help, ends up getting bureaucratic red tape face frm d fat dump staff asking to fill up form while acting like it could take forever to get the paper.. turn to UM library which have the paper & ends up getting the reply tht they do hv the paper but its for reference only & they couldnt provide a soft copy (which is kind of a shocker, as if camera & scanner doesnt exist in UM).. Finally took a long shot by writing an email to the author of the paper himself, few hours later, received the paper with an email written by the Dr himself.. Thank you Dr Palat! As for the 2 libraries, again a wonderful demonstration of inability & inefficiency, so much for knowledge sharing huh. Shame on you.
