did you know there are currently over 200,000 unsolved, cold case murders...just since 1980!? Think about that. 200,000 people are walking around us who have murdered. There is a murder every...36 MINUTES! ((thats an average of almost 6,000 unsolved murders a year!)) I get chills if a speeding ticket doesnt get paid. That just blows my mind. And I didnt know this, depending on the class of murder, some have only a 15 year statute of limitations, such as second degree murder. Meaning murder without premeditation. So after 15 years, you can get away with murder. I understand why that is, but still...
