dinner of tonight consisted of 5 dishes... 1) salmon tartare enriched with lime juice and some black pepper plus salt; 2) goat cheese pie with caramelized red onions with dates on layer dough with mache salads dresses with vinaigrette sauce; 3) salmon fillet coated in French mustard with potatoes towers dressed in rosemary and fennel white wine cream sauce with pinch of nutmeg; 4) raspberry and cointreau sorbet; 5) custard sauce with orange & triple sec cream with ginger cookies crumbs...
